Join me for a rich, 3-month journey of transformation.
In this unique small-group experience, I’ll guide you through powerful practices to transform relational suffering into clarity, empowerment, and compassionate connection. Drawing from Buddhist wisdom, depth psychology, and over 17 years of teaching and practice, I offer a grounded, warm, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your emotional world with curiosity, courage, and care. Together, we’ll make space for something new to arise—within your relationships and within yourself.
In this course, we’ll explore how to recognize and shift the emotional patterns that drive conflict in our relationships—whether with family members, friends, coworkers, or even in response to political figures and global events.
Drawing on mindfulness practice, the wisdom of the Five Buddha Families, the powerful Feeding Your Demons® process, and conflict cycle mapping, you'll learn to move beyond reactivity and into a more spacious, wise, and compassionate way of relating.
Core Practices You’ll Learn
The Four Establishments of Mindfulness to stabilize attention and deepen awareness
Feeding Your Demons® to compassionately engage and transform difficult emotions
Relationship Conflict Cycle Mapping to reveal patterns and shift out of blame
The Five Buddha Families Mandala to understand emotional energies and their wisdom qualities
Guided meditations, somatic awareness, and self-reflection practices throughout
What You’ll Receive
Six live 2.5-hour group sessions on Zoom (every other Sunday)
Partner practices between sessions to deepen exploration, connection, and insight
One individual 50-minute session with Bridget Bailey to reflect on your journey, ask questions, and receive personalized support
Session recordings and transcripts provided for all participants
Optional journaling and meditation practices to sustain and integrate your transformation
Whatsapp Community to facilitate group connection throughout the journey
